I am a Real Estate Consultant for Churches, Schools and all Non-Profits, providing answers, advice and options for real estate issues, concerns, and questions. I would like to briefly introduce myself to you and let you know how I may be able to assist you. I help groups evaluate their options in their decision-making process, and often bring an option to the table that they have never even thought of and expertise that they do not have. Personally, I have brokered 105 “special purpose” properties in the past 24 years (see attached list along with some personal recommendations). Although I previously was a full-time appraiser, currently, I complete BPO – Broker Price Opinions, which can be a great tool when pricing a property. I may even assist an owner by bringing a tenant to a property if desired. I have received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, which is one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. I am also a State License General Appraiser, a licensed broker, and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors. Since I am a realtor, I have standards that others do not uphold, and an abundance of market data available at my fingertips. Please let me know if I can ever be of service.
